General Terms & Conditions

• The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their security credentials (User ID, OTP, etc.) and shall be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of their account.
• Breach of Terms: Ebixcash may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access to the Website or Services, if these Terms are breached.
• Force Majeure: Ebixcash may suspend or terminate Services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory changes, authority orders, currency restrictions, service provider failures, technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen events.
• No Waiver: Failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

Online Payment Terms

• Customer Requirements: Users must be at least 18 years old, not suspended by any authority, and have the right to enter into this agreement. Impersonation or misrepresentation is prohibited.
• Payment Terms: Payments are generally required in advance and quoted in Indian Rupees. Ebixcash is not liable for payments delayed or misdirected due to incorrect details provided by the User. Refunds, if applicable, will be made only to the original payment method. Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Ebixcash may impose transaction limits and does not guarantee uninterrupted Website functionality.
